130A, Two-Phase Intelli-Module with Quiet Switcher Technology
Description
The MPC22167-130 is a two-phase, non-isolated, high-efficiency step-down power block. The integrated MOSFET drivers and inductors provide high efficiency and a small footprint, which makes the MPC22167-130 well-suited for server applications.The MPC22167-130 has two independent outputs that can be used separately or in parallel. The device can achieve up to 130A (65A/phase) of output current (IOUT) across a wide input voltage (VIN) range.
The MPC22167-130 offers many features to simplify system design, and can work with controllers with a tri-state pulse-width modulation (PWM) signal. It also includes an accurate current sense for inductor current (IL) monitoring, as well as a temperature sense for junction temperature (TJ) reporting.
The MPC22167-130 is available in an LGA-72 (9mmx9.9mmx7.65mm) package.
