Mark Thomas joins Merus Audio as Director of Sales North America
Merus Audio (www.merus-audio.com), a global supplier of single-chip audio amplifier IC solutions offering best-in-class audio performance and unsurpassed energy efficiency, announced that it has appointed Mark Thomas Director of Sales – North America, effective immediately. Thomas is located in the Merus Regional office in Massachusetts.
“Thomas is charged with developing new key opportunities and driving sales and revenue objectives throughout North America,” explained Jens J. Tybo Jensen, Merus Audio V.P. Sales & Marketing. “We are confident Mark’s technical expertise and sales management experience will help significantly increase opportunities across the continent.”
Prior to joining Merus Audio, Thomas has had more than 15 years experience in the semiconductor and electronics industries. Most recently he held the position of Regional Manager at Micross Components and Vice President of Sales at Electronic Components Inc. He has extensive experience in the development and management of internal sales teams and distribution/rep networks. Thomas started his career as a component engineer at Raytheon Company and studied Electrical Engineering at Northeastern University.
