EDOM to Open Self-Provided Bonded Warehouse for Upgrading Logistics Services
EDOM Technology (TWSE: 3048) has open a self-provided bonded warehouse in Taiwan on November 15, 2019. It will provide customers with more efficient and flexible supply chain services in the future.
"With rising demand across all semiconductor market segments especially driven by many emerging applications such as 5G, high-efficient data center, true wireless stereo (TWS) headsets, and increasing supply chain complexity due to manufacturing decentralization across Asia, there are great opportunities for EDOM to enhance our quality of service for our customers and vendor partners. With this self-provided bonded warehouse, we are now better able to provide customers flexible and highly-efficient logistics management of their supply chains." said Wayne Tseng, Chairman of EDOM Technology.
To meet the customers' changing needs in this dynamic marketplace, EDOM is opening the self-provided bonded warehouse to provide integrated logistics services. In addition to strengthening industrial competitiveness this warehouse will be supported by a professional team empowered to enable highest quality, convenient and efficient services.
Founded in July 1996, EDOM Technology recognized as worldwide Top 10 semiconductor distributors. EDOM Technology has achieved the revenue growth sequentially in the past seven years. The consolidated revenues for fiscal 2018 reached US$ 2.66 billion, also selected as the "FT 1000 High-Growth companies Asia Pacific" by the Financial Times.
